SHIPPING
Once received, your order is promptly processed and shipped within two business days. All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) according to your instructions. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will incur a greater shipping charge because they require Air Shipment. We do not ship outside the USA.
RETURNS
We put great care into every bean we roast and if you are not totally happy with the coffee you receive, we’ll either exchange it or refund your money for the full purchase price less the shipping cost.
